Welcome to RainWard. These ‘Terms of Service’ govern your use of the RainWard website, applications, services, weather reports, alerts, content, and related features.

RainWard is owned and operated by Mulk Consultancy FZE. By using RainWard, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of the Service.

2. Description of Service

RainWard provides weather forecasts, weather-related planning tools, educational content, activity recommendations, weather alerts, calendar integration, and related services.

RainWard may integrate with third-party platforms including Google Calendar and WhatsApp to provide optional features requested by users.

3. Weather Information Disclaimer

RainWard is not a government meteorological authority and does not provide official weather warnings. All forecasts, alerts, recommendations, reports, maps, radar imagery, notifications, and other weather-related information are provided for informational purposes only. Weather conditions may change rapidly and forecast accuracy cannot be guaranteed.

Users should always consult official government weather agencies and emergency authorities when making safety-critical decisions. RainWard shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, business interruption, or other consequences arising from reliance on information provided by the Service.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Use the Service lawfully.
• Provide accurate information where required.
• Maintain the confidentiality of their accounts.
• Exercise independent judgment when acting on weather information.

Users are solely responsible for decisions made based on information obtained through RainWard.

5. Google Calendar Integration

RainWard may allow users to connect their Google Calendar account. When authorized by the user, RainWard may read calendar event information. Calendar information is used solely to provide weather-aware scheduling and planning features.

Calendar information is not sold and is not used for advertising. Users may revoke access at any time through their Google Account settings. RainWard's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Intellectual Property

All RainWard content, branding, software, designs, graphics, logos, forecasts, reports, and materials are owned by Mulk Consultancy FZE or its licensors. Users may not:

• Reproduce content for commercial purposes.
• Redistribute RainWard content without permission.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to copy the Service.
• Create derivative works based on proprietary RainWard content.

7. Third-Party Services

RainWard may utilize third-party services including weather providers, mapping services, messaging platforms, and cloud hosting providers. RainWard is not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RainWard and Mulk Consultancy FZE shall not be liable for personal injury, property damage, loss of profits, business interruption, data loss, travel disruptions, weather-related damages, or indirect or consequential damages. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Termination

RainWard reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
